Khoya khoya chand...

 I couldnt resist to say something about this piece of art called Khoya Khoya Chand... A gr8 movie is that which leaves a "maddham-maddham" taste on your tongue (Jaise zahan me boond boond karke koi ras tapak raha ho aur halka sa dard de raha ho) when you reach home after watching the movie and this one surely falls in that category. It leaves a deep impact on your mind but...but...but...only if you are a serious movie goer....this is a warning for the people who likes just time pass thing like OSO(Horrible nautanki) and all karan jauhar stuff(Hey Bhagwan when will he stop making movies??). So after Hazaaron Khwahishen....it's again a classic from Mr. Sudhir Mishra. He is having a different touch which we can feel in all his movies. Though this doesn't surpass Hazaaron Khwahishen... but still he manages to deliver a classic. It's a very tough job to handle such kind of subject and Mishraji is a master of handling complex themes...The movie contains different characters and their emotions and all goes very well...we can differentiate each and every character. On the story part, it's a love story that runs despite all the ill circumstances. Love is beyond the boundaries of physics. There is an actress who has gone through the phase when a girl has to fulfill the desires of big people of industry(Obviously physical). In this story she does it without knowing that she is being used...and when she comes to know, then too she couldn't refuse...Our Hero knows all this and still, he loves her from the bottom of his heart. Circumstances change and he goes away...here Soha is playing lady Devdas...The movie slowly shows the intensity of her love for him. Soha has given perfect gestures of affection. Full marks on the direction of the movie. everything is superb...the backdrop of 60's film era, the get-ups, the language, the music and above all the performances from all the actors....specially Soha Ali Khan....amazing performance yaaron...the story revolves around her only and how beautifully and effortlessly she has carried the movie....This is called beauty with talent...she looks sooo beautiful with simplicity...Shiney has again proved himself after doing some nonsense roles in gangster, metro etc.....And Rajat Kapoor, what to say about him...he is always like that...brilliant. Then we have Vinay Pathak, Saurabh Shukla as a bonus. Apart from these well known actors, we get to see gr8 performances from some faces whose names I forgot but in the movie, it is some Ravinder and Ratan mala I guess... It reminds us Gurudatt's Kaghaz ke Phool which also conveys the same emotions. Still so much to write but I am tired yaar so will say more if I get a chance again. so too all good movie lovers...I request to go and watch this piece of Art... Yours Aniruddha
